The student project Design Soil from Kobe Design University's Department of Product and Interior Design is a project with the goal of being exhibited at Milano Salone and judged not as students, but as full-fledged designers. Now entering its twelfth year, the project has helped many designers, such as Kodai Iwamoto and Junichiro Oshima, take flight in their career.
In addition to past works created by Design Soil, the exhibition will feature current projects by the graduates, who will describe in their own words the fruits of Design Soil. There will also be exhibits of new works by current students.
