White Tableware | Satoshi Takaku

We are hosting a solo exhibition by Satoshi shi Takaku, a ceramic artist who has dedicated his career to creating white porcelain pieces.

Having studied under Taizo Kuroda, he has devoted himself to white porcelain for many years, building on a solid foundation of wheel-throwing techniques. He creates pieces that feature elegant, streamlined forms stripped of all excess and a dignified presence, while still conveying the softness unique to handcrafted work. In this exhibition, we present a diverse selection of white porcelain works, ranging from pieces that can be used casually at the everyday dining table to those perfect for entertaining on special occasions.
