An exhibition of works selected from the 1st to 3rd year students of The Department of Information Design of Tama Art University, marking its 15th event this year. The works are selected on the recommendations of faculty members in charge of the classes. The students take the initiative in planning, organizing, and publicizing the exhibition as part of the "exhibition planning practice," a second-year seminar class, in collaboration with the teaching staff.
This year's exhibition is the 16th in the series, and the theme is "Between"― for example, "between" you and the person next to you, and "between" you and the place you're in. There are "betweens" to be found everywhere in our everyday lives, and we design information that goes "between" people, things, and ideas. This exhibition is a chance to enjoy the ordinarily invisible information that's crammed into the "betweens" that connect us. You'll definitely be glad you gave it a look!
