Satoko Narita Wood and Glass Modeling Exhibition

We are proud to present a private exhibition by artist Satoko Narita.

Human beings can sense things that cannot be defined in words."Animal or human? --Well, this is something I've never thought about, nor do I have any complicated concepts. All I do is let my hands do the work," Satoko Narita says modestly.

There is no need for explanation or words to describe her three-dimensional works, which combine different materials such as glass and wood. They are made by an elaborate process that requires time and effort; the glass is made in the pâte de verre (glass paste) technique, and the wood is carved and shaped by the artist. We hope you will enjoy the peaceful and healing world of Satoko Narita's works at the exhibition.
